Abstract:
Ethoxylated bisphenol A diacrylate was synthesized by direct esterification from ethoxylated bisphenol A and acrylic acid. The optimum process conditions were obtained by investigating the effects of the ratio of raw materials, the amount of catalyst, the reaction time and the amount of inhibitor on the yield. The final product indicators its acid value is less than 0.15mgKOH/g, the solid content is more than 99%(105 ℃,20 min), the yield is more than 86%, and by using FA03 in the esterification process, the product color number is reduced, make it below 80. Product indicators to achieve the international level of similar products.Key words:
